Massage Therapy is apart of the Complementary Health Care field. It can help with treatment of a wide variety of conditions. Ranging from Tendonitis, Sprains, Strains, Bursitis, Chronic Headaches, Migraines, IBS, Nerve Impingement, Increasing your overall range of motion for your joints, maintaining soft tissue health, or even just coming in for a general wellness massage to help decrease your everyday stress levels. It is very beneficial for mental health. Massage is the one of the many modalities you can use in your preventative treatment plan to help you live your optimal life!

You can expect an Interview/Physical Assessment, a Personalized Treatment/Plan for following treatments, followed by recommendations for a homecare plan to help aid your journey to recovery outside the treatment room! Feel free to book online or Contact us to book a treatment.

It is also a great complementary aid for preventative treatment of overuse injuries. With the Student Treatments you can expect the student to be practicing her communication/physical assessment skills. Followed by a personalized treatment. Then ending with some suggestions for home care to help aid your recovery. She will look forward to seeing you!

My name is Noelle Herrigan. I am a Registered Massage Therapist of British Columbia within good standing of CCHPBC. Being in the health care field has always been a goal of mine. When I discovered massage therapy, I knew I had found a career I had complete passion for. Using the anatomy and physiology knowledge, assessment skills, and therapeutic massage techniques taught to me at OVCMT in Vernon, BC. I strive to create a safe and effective treatment plan as well as give advice for a homecare plan to achieve the goals you’re aiming for!

During my treatments you will experience a combination of techniques such as:

Swedish massage, Myofascial release, Trigger point therapy, Neuromuscular therapy, Joint mobilizations & PNF stretching.

My name is Alexis!

I am currently in my 2nd year of the massage therapy program in the Alberta College of Massage Therapy!

When I am not studying and surviving off caffeine. I am usually in the gym, pool or going for a walk. I love Lego, video games, and reading.
